We aim to build confidence and skill in young, aspiring athletes, starting at grass roots level. We have significant and relevant experience, having coached in a number of schools across Haringey. We hope to bring out the best in every child, tailoring sessions to their strengths allowing them to advance and build confidence. We want to see improvements and help them keep fit, while they improve their skills - and having fun!
Our sessions aim to be fun and educational for all different children. As coaches we think being active is a major role in helping children progress, so our sessions aim to be as practical as possible allowing each child to fully grasp what they are learning.
All our coaches are fully FA qualified with DBS, First Aid and Safeguarding Children certificates.
Dane Rose, father to one of our team, sadly passed away in 2014 and he is the inspiration behind the Rose Football Academy. Dane played a crucial role in each of our footballing lives, having been our first coach and introducing us to the game at a young age. We hope that every child enjoys our sessions as much as we did at that age. Our aim is to shape this academy into a well respected football club/ sporting academy that provides many types of active opportunities for young people in London.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
My kids absolutely love this club. Over the summer holidays I sometimes feel guilty putting the kids in clubs in order to allow me to get on with my things. But with this club I feel no guilt - they want to go! I love the guys who run it too. They’re able to connect with the kids and make sure they have fun. I highly recommend it.

Great groups of coaches who work really hard to inspire and train our kids in the art of football! Aweekly routine for me and Reuben, sadly on hold during the virus outbreak but they post daily exercises and drills on Facebook and Youtube. Absolute Legends. Follow them and sign your kids up. Based in either St Micheals school in Highgate or Greig City Academy in Hornsey every Saturday morning from 10am. Big Respect! D
I just wanted to say that Ted has absolutely loved being involved in football (much to our surprise) and it sounds like you’ve planned a lovely way to end the term. The coaches have been fantastic with the younger children. It’s lovely that they remember their names and make a fuss of them when they arrive. It gives them a really lovely sense of self worth and being part of a team. Thanks for all the work put in this term. - Adel (parent)

We have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the Rose Academy team. The PE lesson they deliver are consistently of a very high quality and our full range of children are engaged and enjoy their lessons. Differentiation is prioritised and progress across all sports is always evident. Similarly, the lunchtime, and after school, clubs that they run are extremely popular - our children, from Reception though to year 6, rate them highly.
